中国科学技术大学校友基金会（University of Science and Technology of China Alumni Foundation，简称USTCAF）成立于1995年，是由中科大海外校友自发组建的501C（3）非盈利组织，也是中国大学中的第一个校友基金会。USTCAF旨在推动中国科大成为世界一流大学，帮助科大师生和校友不断追求卓越，致力于让每一位科大人，无论贫富贵贱，都能享有成功进取的机会。
至今，USTCAF已有29年的发展历程。我们运作了多年深受校友支持的新生奖、教师奖、中学校友奖和爱心助学金项目，共发放了数千份奖项，并资助了科大新生飞跃系列和各个社团项目。此外，USTCAF还积极举办或协助各地校友会组织线上线下的校友活动，涵盖了职场发展、科技论坛和多姿多彩的斜杠人生。

USTCAF 2022年度理事选举过程自9月底启动、10月公告确定理事候选人、11月会员投票并经核查计票，现将选举结果公告如下：
本年度AF开放理事席位7位，合格候选人6位，
经已确认投票资格会员投票，6位理事候选人名悉数当选！
依照章程，6位当选理事具备两年期任职资格，他们将和上届续任的6位理事组成新一届2023USTCAF理事会，12名理事为：
上届续任（余一年任期）—— 胡荣湘（862），李先进（857），迟世宏（897），李逊（856），谭雪环（823），洪振尘（1304）
