BOARD RESOLUTION OF
UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF CHINA ALUMNI FOUNDATION
(GBR-2020-42)

ON

APPOINTMENT OF GOODWILL MANAGER

WHEREAS, The University of Science and Technology of China Alumni Foundation (USTCAF) is a Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation, incorporated in the State of Delaware, qualified pursuant to the provisions of Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), and

WHEREAS, The USTCAF operate an annual scholarship GOODWILL scholarship program, and has established a position of Goodwill Manager, with a specific set of authorizations from the board; and

WHEREAS, the board shall appoint qualified person to such a position from time to time; and

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

1. That the USTCAF hereby appoints Xuehuan Tan to the position of Goodwill Manager;
   
   
2. Such an appointment is effective for 2 years, from the date of this resolution;
   
   
3. All previous appointment(s) of this position are hereby revoked.

Special Note: this resolution was proposed by Shihong Chi , seconded by John Hu , during the board meeting held on 12/18/2020 , and was duly passed.
